Bat Removal Contractors (batremovalcontractors.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.
Bat Removal Contractors is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a local bat removal specialist, who pays us for the introduction.
Information the form gathers
When you use the quote form we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and postcode
- the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
- your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to
The reason we hold it
We use your details to find a local bat removal specialist who can help with your enquiry. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.
We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your enquiry.
If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the enquiry is not completed.
We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.
Where your request goes
Your details go to:
- the bat removal specialist we name to you, and only after you agree
- the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the enquiry without those details, so we can count how many enquiries the site receives.
Rights you can use
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us and you will have an answer inside 45 days.

Visit statistics
We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Extra rights for US residents
Because a specialist pays us when we introduce you, some state privacy laws count sharing your request as a "sale". Opting out takes one email or a visit to the do not sell or share page; every request is logged with the date it was actioned.
Depending on where you live, state law may let you view, correct or erase what we hold, with no penalty for asking. Your details are never used for ad targeting, and this site is not meant for anyone under 16.
How long consent records are kept
US rules on calls and texts let claims be brought years later, so we hold proof of your consent (number, timestamp, IP address, page and consent text) for five years. Your name and email are still deleted on the schedule above.
